Meet Ziggy
Every good brand needs a bit of personality....
Cool Finds has Ziggy.
Ziggy is our 13-year-old Jack Russell/Pug cross ( a Jug) and the official face, nose, and occasional quality control department of Cool Finds. Around here, he also answers to Ziggy-boy, ZigZag, or just Zig — depending on how much trouble he’s in.
He came into our family 11 years ago through my eldest daughter, Hana, and somehow became less of a pet and more of a loyal personal assistant, travel companion, and daily shadow.
Ziggy is friendly, playful, loyal, curious, stubborn, and ridiculously cute. He has the kind of expressive little face that stops people in their tracks. Every day, someone seems to tell us how cute he is — and to be fair, he knows it.
He loves people, especially kids, and has absolutely no fear when it comes to making new friends. His only real weakness is water. He does not like getting wet, which made the day he fell into a local canal and climbed out covered in black, stinking mud even more memorable. Naturally, his first move was to run over to a group of school kids to say hello. There were screams, giggles, mud everywhere, and Ziggy looking very pleased with himself.
That’s Ziggy.
At night, he spends far too long rearranging his bedding before going to sleep.
Sometimes he moves it across the room and then carefully returns it to exactly where it started. Nobody knows why. Ziggy probably does.
So why is he part of Cool Finds?

Ziggy is older now, a little wiser, still smiling, and usually close by while Cool Finds takes shape. He’s part mascot, part product tester, part chief sniffer, and part reminder that shopping online should still feel personal, friendly, and fun.
